I was talking about the "Rules"
of pairing wines with food here.
In the end, however, it's purely subjective. But - Think back to your very first food & liquid pairing: A
warm, chocolate chip cookie with 2% milk.
The "Rule" here is:
Match the weight of the food with the weight of the wine (or milk, if you will!)
Wine dinners are an opportunity to develop an unforgettable experience for your guests. Educate and entertain them with a full meal or light fare dinner. A recent wine dinner guest wrote these comments:
"Tom and I appreciated ....learning about the regions, flavors, science, and history. More so, you made it fun."
